Before application the soluble salt should be flocculated in order to get certain viscosity for printing by using flocculation.Following is some detailed application information for using soluble salt.
1.Dispersing of flocculation:first use ethanol disperser to dilute the flocculation to avoid conglomerates.Put certain quantity of flocculation into a container and add 3 times quantity of dispersers,then keep stirring into even dispersing agent.
2.Flocculating of soluble salt:put certain quantity of soluble salt and the above indicated mixed agent into another container and stir with a stirring machine.After 2-3 minites would get even printing materials in suitable viscosity,then pass through 100-mesh screen.If keep it within 10-15 minutes the viscosity would be better for printing.The quantity depends on the kind of soluble salt and should be confirmed first in small batch test before running in the production line.
3.Printing graph on the tile.After the preparation of soluble salt it can be keep for several week steadily.But sometime is possible to be diluted by water so it is preferable that prepare it just before using and use it out in time.
¡¾Printing method¡¿
1.Dry the body.Moisture should be less than 0.3%.
2.Print for 1¡«3 times.The screen is about 80¡«100mesh.
3.Apply water with the quantity of 400¡«450g/©O,divided into 2¡«3 times as usual.
4.Load into kiln.Keep the moisture of body less than 2%. |
